The picture is Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, not the founder of Arya Samaj. He was born in Manjakudi in Tamil Nadu and is a prolific guru of Adwaitha Vedanta. Swamiji recently turned 81 and it is our great blessing that he still travels around the world to teach and help people understand themselves.
Swami Dayananda Saraswati, the founder of Arya Samaj (whose biography is outlined here) was also a wonderful and prolific guru. He is not physically with us anymore, though.
